Jan was born in 2001 and comes from Logatec. He is currently attending the final year at the Higher Mechanical Engineering School in Postojna.
Jan is a passionate cyclist, competing primarily in the MTB Enduro discipline, but he also enjoys taking part in downhill and Olympic cross-country races. In 2023, he became the overall winner of the national Pumptrack Cup. Of all these disciplines, the only medal still missing is in downhill.
Beyond competitions, Jan expresses his love for cycling by building bikes at home—he has already made seven!
He decided to become a coach in our club because he wants to share his knowledge and experience with fellow cycling enthusiasts. Jan is excited to pass on his skills to both younger and older riders, and he looks forward to training with all cycling fans.

Tamara is one of those young women who powerfully breaks the myth that cycling is only for boys. She is 22 years old, a nature and animal lover, and family means a lot to her. A big part of her life is cycling.
It all began with family cycling trips, which later grew into a serious passion for training and competing. She started her racing career in Olympic cross-country, where she became national champion several times and, as a member of the Slovenian national team, competed in four European and World Championships.
Later, she moved into the Enduro discipline, where she still competes today. Her goal is to pass on her knowledge and love for cycling to younger riders and to help this sport grow and thrive—especially among girls.

Žiga was born in 1994 and comes from Logatec. By profession he is a mechanical technician and works as a design engineer. He has been passionate about sports since childhood, trying his hand at ski jumping, motocross, and basketball.
But it was mountain biking that captured his heart—especially the Enduro and Downhill disciplines, in which he still competes regularly. In 2023, he won first place overall in his category, and in 2022, he became national champion in the Amateur category.

Mitja Kovačič je svojo strast do kolesarjenja odkril v mladosti, ko je prvič sedel na cestno kolo. Te občutke in izkušnje, ki izhajajo iz mnogih ur preživetih na kolesu zunaj in na trenažerju, danes prenaša na mlade kolesarje. Je licenciran trener cestnega kolesarstva (KZS) in v društvu skrbi za treninge mladih cestnih kolesarjev.

Mitja Kovačič discovered his passion for cycling in his youth, when he first sat on a road bike. The feelings and experiences gained from countless hours on the road and on the trainer are something he now passes on to young cyclists.
He is a licensed road cycling coach (Cycling Federation of Slovenia) and in the club he is responsible for training young road riders.
